The Challenge
Site management was faced with the challenge of staffing on a predominantly sub-contracted new homes site. They needed quality labour and machine cover as necessary without the need to employ directly.
The Solution
From the very start of the project the client was supplied with a labourer who worked closely alongside the site manager. Aspire also provided forklift cover as and when it was required.
The OutCome
The Client was extremely impressed with the service they received from Aspire. Aspire have been, and remain the sole supplier of trades and labour at the site.
