Aspire Contract Services, the trades and labour arm of Aspire, has grown to become the largest and most successful labour agency in this region, and continues to grow.

With offices strategically placed within a 30 mile radius of each other in Luton, Milton Keynes, Rushden and Northampton, we employ over 500 trades and labour operatives, all supported by our dedicated team of 12 consultants and account managers.

Why are Aspire contract support different to other labour suppliers?

We don’t make a habit of over stretching ourselves, trying to fill every order to increase our numbers on site at the compromise of our service.
We work within strict geographic areas and employ local labour; our philosophy is build a local workforce and keep them in work, unlike so many other suppliers who employ construction workers casually.
We want loyalty and therefore give loyalty; we want our construction operatives to feel part of us wherever possible.
We have a condensed network of trades and labour consultants and already have the largest market share of trades and labour business in this area.
We don’t buy business. Questionably we are more expensive than most of our competitors but after 10 years in the business we understand labour and know the local market. You pay for what you get.
