Snap-On Tools
The Challenge
Snap-On UK Holdings Ltd, a leading global innovator, manufacturer and marketer of tools, diagnostics, equipment, software and service solutions for professional users, had the need of a recruitment partner to work with the human resources function at their registered office in Kettering. The necessary attributes for the prospective recruiter included an in-depth understanding of the company's work ethic and culture and an accuracy, regarding the type of candidates supplied, previously unseen in other recruitment companies.
The Solution
