We are looking for a sales driven, target oriented, pro active new business developer with strong account manager skills for the management and development of an existing client base. Ideally you will have prior recruitment experience and be comfortable working within a target driven environment.
The role will involve:
Working to monthly revenue and activity targets
Visiting clients to generate new business and service existing clients
Interviewing candidates
Reference checking candidates
Matching candidates to vacancy specifications
Working alongside a busy team of consultants this role involves face to face client meetings and candidate interviewing across an extensive operating patch that covers Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire and the Home Counties.
